and a little rain
Well, they’re dancing on the roof / And the ceiling’s coming down / And I sleep with my shovel and my leather gloves / And a little trouble makes it worth the going / And a little rain never hurt no one (Tom Waits)

Wow, that works!!!!
This is some great b/w. Great contrast & textures too. I don’t know how you do it, but you can even see each rain drop on the roof. So much detail indeed. Love the depth btw, from sharp to blur. Another great image, Fritsch! Thanks for sharing.
Fritsch, lovely and lonely, all at the same time.
Es rauscht die urewige Musik auf’s Dach,
oh, Regen lass doch niemals nach,
denn Schönheiten entstehen an diesen Tagen,
so könnte ich dich unendlich ertragen.
Danke für diese Schönheit, denn Bilder von solcher Qualität kann man wirklich unendlich betrachten.
Your photo work brings again and again thoughtful and mad photos to the appearance. This photo is one of it. Have a nice day / week.
once again, the light, range of tones, composition, and gritty feel combine for an exceptional photo.
bonsoir,
An original vision..Nice greyscale..bravo!
I can hear the rhythm of the drumming rain- one of my favourite sounds. A gem.
Very nice. A cool shot.
Like the high contrast and mirror effect in this BW image. Excellent perspective and great tones.
… and a little rain.

danke und viele grüße

Tis the season of the rain to make it’s appearance back into our lives. There is something romantic about this shot and we can stand under this shelter and listen to the rain coming down. Wonderful!
j’aime quand la photo aiguise nos sens, ici le bruit si séduisant et mélancolique de la pluie sur le verre, l’humidité, la précarité de l’abris.. superbe !
