down that old country lane, drops of rain
Walkin’ down that old country lane, drops of rain / Call upon the ones who call your name / Will I see you again and please just come on back home to me / So I’m not all alone (Jake Bugg)
Folks, it’s a great pleasure & honor all at the same time to be invited by the dear folks of pixartix to participate in their „Straßen & Wege“ cycle. So make sure you follow them great photos, great stories & great photographers over there as much as I do.
All the best & safe travels, Fritsch.

Grossartig komponiert!
old country lane … was für ein toller kontrast, dazu dieser song … :-)
I love !
Although given the composition and the line that leads us to face.
Great job Fritsch.
The Holocaust Memorial made of heavy dark stones, with a winter light here, you captured it, Florian, with the grays and blacks this memorial place deserves.
And I like the perspective you chose, with the photographic portrait at the end of the alley. And the tree in the background. A tree showing us a strong life getting over death.
Absolutely stunning image.beautiful composition!
My words aren’t sufficient for this photo. The lyrics of the song say it wistfully and perfectly „Will I see you again and please just come on back home to me / So I’m not all alone.“ Humbling combination to be sure.
Congratulations on your invitation to and participation in Pixartix. I look forward to my visit there.
As recognizable as this may be, and having been there myself, you still managed to make something a little more original come out of it.
I like the vivid tree at the end…
ay, Fritsch – you capture the haunting darkness of the memorial perfectly, the feeling of being trapped, walls closing in and no escape. great job. the pairing with the lyrics is also truly inspired!
congrats on the pixartists-gig, btw! it’s fully deserved, buddy!
Hepp!
good shot
i like that big face at the end of the path, nice capture! :)
Fantastic perspective with the face in the deep back! What a find, and great eye to catch this scene like this. NIcely seen, and done!
Have a nice day.
Great perspective – really like this.
C L E V E R Florian! Let me tell ya… (HA!) Comprehensibility is a good thing… I fully endorse comprehension and so is this depiction. A visual treat!
